Canadian Silver Maple Leaf
First minted in 1988, the Canadian Silver Maple Leaf is 9999 pure silver. Known everywhere for its high silver content and quality, a must for any silver bullion investor. Liquidity of the Canadian Maple Leaf is guaranteed when required and buy prices are slightly lower than other silver bullion 1 ounce coins.

Austrian Silver Philharmonic
The Austrian mint is known throughout Europe for the beautiful creation that is their Silver Philharmonic. Built from 999 silver and featuring the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra, the Philharmonic is a great way for new investors to buy silver bullion. Certainly one of the best silver coins to buy.
--- --- ---
Fiji Taku
A secret among silver collectors, the Fiji Taku is a choice silver coin to buy and worth the premium. The Fiji Taku has low minting numbers and therefore previous coins become rare. This can add profit to a silver investment. Consider these if they become available to buy.
--- --- ---
American Silver Eagle
Possibly the Worlds most popular silver bullion coin and we believe the best silver coin to buy right now. The American Silver Eagle should be part of any silver bullion investment. Very easy to buy, very easy to sell, the ASE is recognized in many countries and carries a small premium to purchase. The premium is always made back on resale.
--- --- ---
Mexican Libertad
Almost as popular as the Canadian Maple Leaf and American Silver Eagle, the Mexican Libertad is a coin full of all the character of its minting country. The Libertad is sized similarly to the American Silver Eagle and shares its flawlessness. The pre 1990 Libertads can appear at auction websites. Buy these if you get the chance, as they are an interesting addition to a silver collection.

ReplyDeletewhat about one ounce Silver Brittania ?
ReplyDeleteWhat's wrong with Philharmonics? They are around 25% cheaper than Pandas and are set very well. Silver Philharmonics over pandas any day buddy
ReplyDeleteI love the austrian philharmonics, beautiful coin and a very cheap way to buy silver, in fact the cheapest way to buy coins. The canadian cougars and maples are only fractionally more expensive and are also lovely coins - i hold all 3. bullion by post have a decent range at low margins, esp if your buying a good quantity - I'd advise buying no less than a 100 at a time for a low margin, ideally 500 for a great price ;-)
ReplyDeleteWhat about UK coins?
ReplyDeletena, its becuase they 958 pure and low mintage so have a large premium.
ReplyDeletei like the chinese coins but I am thinking in austrian philharmonics

ReplyDeleteWhat's wrong with Philharmonics? They are around 25% cheaper than Pandas and are set very well. Silver Philharmonics over pandas any day buddy
ReplyDeletei buy pandas in the uk for £24 so i prefer them over philharmonics which are the same price give or take a pound.
ReplyDeleteam i allowed to ask where you get pandas in uk for £24 please?
ReplyDeleteOh, i'd discounted them on the assumption I'd get stung for VAT - the addition of which would make them highly uncompetitive. It sounds like your experience is more positive?
ReplyDeleteguernseymint i have brought from them loads of times with no vat problems

ANYBODY EVER HAVE TROUBLE WITH GUERNSEYMINT????
ReplyDeleteJUST HAD POSTMAN LEFT A CARD, I CANT HAVE MY ORDER UNTIL PAY £23 POSTAGE CUSTOMS FEE??WTF????
re above message, not guernsey mint but the british taxman wants the £23!! arggghhhhhhh
ReplyDeletei havent had any problems with tax from guernsey mint. dont quote me but i belive if you buy a item so say the tax is more then £9 then they will try to reclaim the tax else it would not worth there while. so if you bought say 5 maples at £23 pound each and 20% of that isnt £9 pound so they will not bother to cliam the tax as its not worth where while. did you buy a large coin or a bar?
ReplyDeleteHi yes 3 oz coins and a 100g bar, they intercepted post at customs, first time this has happened to me.(1st time i bought a bar)
ReplyDeleteThere is no info on card postman left thats why at first i thought postage wasnt paid or something. The £23 includes customs handling charge!
i would stick with just coins.
ReplyDeleteyes I think so lol
ReplyDeleteI hope they stock the new britannia 999. coin soon!
i bought a tube of brits from cid paid tax but bought on a dip £26.70 each. i have not recieved them yet. i think they come out next week
ReplyDeleteThe new britinnias are poor quility dont buy mass produced rubbish. the royal mint has shamed it self will not buy from again. rip britinnias
